Business Development Sales
Full-Time Position
Life Safety Enterprises Inc, located in Willoughby, Ohio is growing, and we are looking for individuals that are excited to grow with us. We are looking for energetic, organized and highly self-motivated professionals with several years of sales experience for our Northeast Ohio Region. Our service offerings include Fire and Life Safety Inspection and Repair services for Smoke & Fire Dampers, Doors, and Barrier Walls including firestop installation. Our Fire Extinguisher Division includes in-house inspection of Fire Extinguishers including the Annual Inspection and Maintenance. Individuals that meet the criteria for the sales division will have the ability to sell multiple services lines to potential clients within the Northeast Ohio Region.
In this position, you will be trained on the company’s service offerings in the healthcare, education, and manufacturing industries as well as industry knowledge training with an opportunity for both career and income growth opportunities.
Responsibilities / Qualifications:
· Must have a strong interest in Sales and the Sales Process for acquiring new business.
· You will be responsible for developing new business prospects as well as overseeing and growing assigned base accounts within your designated territory.
· Must be able to build long-term productive partnerships with clients to mutually benefit LSE and our customers.
· You must be able to communicate effectively with management to provide updates on division activities and progress through weekly sales activity reports.
· Must be able to develop skills and expertise within the sales division, becoming an expert in the areas of Fire and Life Safety Compliance.
· Able to handle multiple accounts working with client and prospective staff members within the areas of Facilities Management, Safety & Security and Compliance disciplines.
· Must be able to travel when required.
· Must be able to work well within an assigned project group and individually.
· Desire and ability to grow within the Sales division, which will include assisting in the development of new service offerings where appropriate.
· Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to Internal and External staff.
· Must have strong written and oral skills.
· 2 years of Sales Experience is Required.

Base Salary with Commission and Performance Bonuses
Office and Field Sales Calls working out of our Headquarter Office in Willoughby, Ohio.
